Due to his propensity to go back and forth on social media ( be it on his personal account or the occasional burner ) with those who he feel have disparaged him, basketball superstar Kevin Durant has been labeled “sensitive.”
With his Phoenix Suns having long since been hurtled into the off-season far sooner than intended, Durant had time to engage in a social back and forth.
It began when an X user by the name of mr.outtheway addressed KD in a tweet that said “oh man @KDTrey5 fuck you bro for ruining what would have been a dynasty in cleveland”
Durant responded, “ 😂😂😂 I rejoice every morning that it didn’t happen”
When user emanuelgodina chimed in, saying:

And we rejoice every morning that Karma got you in a choke hold. 😎
“Your legacy forever ruined and your failures keep piling up afterwards.👍”
KD quipped back,” Sure, but history won’t ever change regardless, and that hurts u.”
Another user, RoshanSawale13, offered his take saying the basketball great has not earned the respect of any franchise he’s suited up for. He also reveled in pointing out the shortcomings of Durant’s time in Brooklyn and currently in Phoenix.
KD responded that it’s better to be a merecendy than a politician.
